Moorgate Benchmarks is delighted to welcome Tim Black as Head of Governance, a role in which Tim will be responsible for the provision of Moorgate’s Administration and Governance services, as well as for Moorgate’s internal compliance function. He will report to the Chief Indexing Officer & Executive Chairman, Gareth Parker.
